This machine was designed to operate the production of PET bottles for non-carbonated drinks. It integrates three functions:rinsing, filling and sealing for bottles. It reduces costs for laboring and equipment and prevents contamination druing working.
The gripper are instead the star-wheel to , there is no condition about bottles getting wedged in the star-wheel.
The machine has a C.I.P rinse function so as to effectively clean and fill barrels and pipes.
The casing is made of stainless steel. It is easy to wash and clean and conforms to the GMP & FDA. The transparent PC cased makes it easy and convenient to be watched through and provides an extra layer of protection for operators.
The machine is equipped with operator-and machine-controlled interfaces, making convenient operation possible. Also production capacity is conveniently and easily adjusted, providing control signals to achieve total monitoring.
